Warehouse Lead
Warehouse operations
Run day-to-day warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch
Coordinate daily task assignment and shift schedules for warehouse staff (hands-on)
Keep warehouse equipment in good working condition
Support layout and storage placement improvements
Goods receipt
Inspect incoming goods: quantities, documents, correct placement
Check packaging, labeling, stickers for compliance
Record and report product defects/damage; process returns of defective stock
Inventory management
Run periodic, spot, and annual stock counts
Track stock levels and flag shortages
Support inter-warehouse stock transfers
Order fulfillment
Pick and pack orders to spec, including protective packaging and correct labeling
Prepare export orders: packing lists, weighing/measuring, recipient labeling
Organize loading of transport vehicles, with photo/video documentation
Sign transport documents and confirm shipments are ready
Record discrepancies in shipped quantities
Transport delivery
Plan daily transport/delivery routes
Day-to-day contact point with carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS and others) — booking, tracking, issue resolution
Prepare shipping and transport documentation
Flag transport claims (carrier damage, lost shipments, delivery failures) to the manager for resolution
Coordinate with customer service on delivery issues
Process
Maintain accurate records in the warehouse system
Process write-offs for breakage, expired stock, manufacturing defects
Flag process improvement ideas to the manager
Follow and help maintain SOPs for warehouse and transport operations
What you need to have
Co1–2+ years hands-on experience in warehouse operations; some experience coordinating a shift or small team is a plus, not a requirement
Comfortable being the daily point of contact with carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS or similar)
Working knowledge of ADR regulations for dangerous goods (Class 3 flammable liquids), or willingness to get
Exposure to international shipping documentation
Comfortable with WMS/TMS systems and Excel
Working English
Nice to have
Experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or FMCG logistics
Forklift/MHE certification
Familiarity with batch/lot tracking and FEFO
Understanding of 5S and Continuous Improvement
