Your role

In this role you will craft and own PR strategies that amplify the Zielinski & Rozen identity across Europe, working closely with partners and international colleagues to ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence. You’ll cultivate strong, lasting relationships with editors, stylists, creators, and tastemakers, becoming a trusted connector at the heart of our storytelling. From press outreach and product launches to events and influencer activations, you will lead end-to-end initiatives that bring our brand to life and spark meaningful excitement in every market.

What you'll be doing

• Contribute to the development and execution of PR strategies for Zielinski & Rozen across Europe

• Plan, implement, and manage special projects, brand events, and experiential activations

• Evaluate incoming collaboration proposals and assess the potential impact and effectiveness of each opportunity

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and opinion leaders, delivering seamless end-to-end joint projects

• Coordinate with local PR agencies to ensure aligned, high-quality communication across markets

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness and engagement

• Prepare high-quality press materials that reflect the brand’s voice and standards

• Support in creating presentations, reports, and creative mailings

• Collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels

• Assist with photo and video shoots, ensuring smooth planning and creative excellence

• Support product launches

• Serve as liaison with production to manage contingent pieces, allocation, and timing for Europe-specific activations

• Track engagement and reporting back on what’s working and what’s not

You are highly organised yet never afraid to roll up your sleeves when things get scrappy. You don’t need every process mapped out—you’re comfortable in the energetic chaos of a startup and you understand what true ownership means, effortlessly juggling multiple priorities. You balance bold creative ideas with a practical “let’s make it happen” mindset, bringing energy, accuracy, diligence, and responsibility to everything you do. You know that great achievements are never solo acts, so you collaborate openly and transparently. With a keen eye for good design and compelling storytelling, you help elevate every project you touch.

Your Experience and qualifications

• 2+ years in PR, communications, or brand storytelling (beauty or fashion is a plus) (a PR or journalism degree is a plus)

• ⁠A proven network of media contacts — you know who to call and how to excite them

• Experience working with bloggers and influencers

• Fluent in English copy that sings on any channel (Dutch is a plus)

• Based in Amsterdam area and willing to work in our wonderful office
