Your role

As Sales Analyst, your mission is to turn raw data into strategic insights. You’ll be hands-on in mining and extracting data from multiple systems and sources, structuring it into usable formats, and turning it into meaningful analysis. Working closely with our sales, retail, and finance teams across Europe, you’ll help shape commercial decisions that drive growth. You’ll be part of our small, entrepreneurial HQ team based in Amsterdam.

What you'll be doing

• Mine, extract, and structure data from various internal systems (ERP, POS, e-commerce, etc.)

• Analyze sales performance across retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
• Create dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
• Provide analysis on product performance, pricing, promotions, and customer behavior
• Monitor stock levels and advise on allocation, replenishment, and sell-through
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes with accurate and timely data
• Collaborate with teams across Europe to support business planning and decision-making

Your Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a commercial, data or business analyst role
• Proven experience with data extraction/mining from ERP or retail systems
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
