Your role

As Financial Controller at Zielinski & Rozen, it will be your mission to ensure a flawless financial operation and reliable financial insights that support our growth across Europe. You will own the accuracy and integrity of our financial administration whilst being responsible for accurate reporting, forecasting and a trusted advisor for the business. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind timely insights, reliable reporting, and smooth processes, ensuring that finance is a catalyst for growth.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and management dashboards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
• Support the preparation of annual accounts and manage audit processes
• Monitor and control balance sheet positions and working capital
• Oversee consolidation and cost accounting activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Analyze KPI’s to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Optimize our use of ERP systems (Exact) and financial tooling
• Act as a sparring partner for management and other departments

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Accountancy or similar
• At least 5 years’ experience in a financial controlling role
• Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (Exact) and solid Excel skills
• Comfortable in an international and fast-paced work environment
• Familiar with internal control frameworks and audit processes
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
