Your role

As IT Service Manager, you will bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring seamless IT operations at our Amsterdam headquarters. By driving innovation, supporting strategic IT initiatives, and delivering exceptional service, you’ll empower our teams to focus on what matters most: creating timeless fragrances. 

What you'll be doing

• Business Partnership: Collaborate with the IT Director and local teams to align IT strategies with business goals. Provide guidance on IT projects and ensure successful local implementation.
• Service Excellence: Manage and optimize local IT services, oversee vendor performance, and act as the escalation point for service-related issues. Ensure smooth operations during office expansions or technical updates.
• Project Leadership: Lead local IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Compliance & Security: Uphold IT compliance, manage security protocols, and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in managing IT budgets, forecasting equipment needs, and negotiating local vendor contracts.

Your Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT service management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally and work extended hours if needed.
