Your role

As an IT Support Specialist, your mission is to empower our team by ensuring seamless IT operations. You will be the go-to expert for resolving technical challenges, maintaining our systems, and enabling your colleagues to focus on what they do best—crafting and delivering our artisanal perfumes across Europe. Your work will directly support a growing organization where technology is the backbone of creativity and collaboration.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line technical support to employees, addressing IT-related queries and issues.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Managing IT assets, including updates, inventory, and documentation.
• Setting up and configuring workstations, peripherals, and user accounts for new employees.
• Collaborating with external vendors to resolve advanced technical challenges.
• Proactively identifying and implementing IT solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.

Your Experience and qualifications

• A relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IT support or a related role, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, software tools, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Software: WICS, Litespeed, Monday.com and/or Exact online is a plus
